Turtles and the World

 

Hello from the Turtles' classroom!

We have been working on making a timeline of the Earth. As we work our way through the eras of Earth and take some notes we will be sharing some of the artwork around what we are doing. So far we have learned about a general timeline of the Earth and the different Eras. We have covered up through the Neoproterozoic era and have some artwork associated with different eras. 

Last year many of the students worked to make a to-scale of the earth. Unfortunately it got lost in the 'Great Desk Move' in the summer of 2020, so we will be creating and coloring a new one to display with our artwork. This is fine as it will help refresh our memories and be a new learning opportunity for those who didn't get to participate last year.
